Today, I am reviewing the Sporta Pro by Koss. Koss is known for making great headphones for a low price. And they have done it again with the Sporta Pro, a variation of the well-known Porta Pro. The Sporta Pro was designed for the active listener, mainly runners, who want high quality headphones that are lightweight and produce sound with little distortion.

The Sporta Pro in its over-the-head postion.

It has 2 positions for listening. Over-the-head and behind-the-head. The over-the-head position is for listening to your music while inactive. However, the behind-the-head position is for active listening.

The Sporta Pro doesn't share any major differences with the Porta Pro. The sound output is about the same, and they have the same kind of headband. The only differences are the weight and the ability to change the position. These headphones feel practically weightless, but they are a little less comfortable than the Porta Pro.

The price of the Sporta Pro is amazing. They only cost $21.99 on Amazon, while the Porta Pros cost $41.99. If you are an active listener who wants to have good sound on the run, choose the Sporta Pro. But, if you want entry level studio quality headphones, buy the Porta Pro.
